What is your habit?
It is the first day of a new month. The holidays loom ahead. This is no time to give in to the sugar craving. This is time to make a habit of saying “I could eat that…but I CHOOSE not to.”. This is no time to get lazy and cover up in sweatpants. This is the time to continue the habit of keeping your heart healthy, your blood pressure down, your cholesterol down, your joints from stiff aching, and your lungs breathing at full capacity. This is not a time for excuses. This is not even a time for “just maintaining”. This is the time for progress.
